Free In-Home Replacement Estimates
If you are weighing a new system, the visit to price it costs nothing. Jon or Henry measures the home, reviews the ductwork and electrical wiring, and puts your options in writing before you decide.
- What it covers. Quotes on a new air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, or full system replacement, including AC installation and replacement, and heating.
- Who qualifies. Any homeowner inside our service area. Residential systems only.
- Value. No charge for the visit or the written quote.
- Worth knowing. This is a replacement estimate, not a repair diagnosis. A repair call carries a flat $89 diagnostic fee, which covers the time to properly find the fault rather than guess at it. That fee is separate and is not credited against the repair.
- How to book it. Ask for a free estimate when you call, so we can schedule the right kind of visit.
5% Military Discount
Military customers take 5% off the work. It is not tied to a plan, a season or a minimum, and applies to repair and replacement alike.
- What it covers. Repairs, maintenance, and system replacement.
- Who qualifies. Any military customer.
- Value. 5% off.
- Redemption. Mention it when you book, so it is on the job before the invoice is written.
- Worth knowing. This is a standing discount rather than a promotion, so it will not expire before you get to use it.
$25 for You, $25 for Them
Tell a neighbor about us, and we will properly thank you. They get $25 off their first visit, and a $25 gift card comes to you.
- What it covers. Any first service visit by the person you refer.
- Who qualifies. You, as an existing customer, and the new customer you send.
- Value. A $25 gift card to you, and $25 off the new customer’s first service.
- Redemption. The new customer names you when they book. That is the whole mechanism.
- Worth knowing. The job size doesn’t matter. A small repair earns the same $25 each way as a full system replacement.
Maintenance Plan, $189 a Year
Two visits a year, spring and fall, so the system gets looked at before the weather leans on it. The plan also carries 10% off any repair for as long as you hold it.
- What it covers. Two seasonal visits, coil cleaning, a drain line flush, a full system evaluation, priority scheduling and 10% off repairs.
- Who qualifies. Any homeowner in the service area. Multi-system homes are covered at a lower rate per extra system.
- Value. $189 a year for the first system, $129 a year for each additional one.
- Redemption. Enroll by phone, and the first visit gets scheduled on the same call.
- Worth knowing. The drain line flush is the part that matters most in this climate. A clogged condensate line is the most common reason a Triangle system shuts itself off in July, and the spring visit is when it gets cleared.

Usually, yes, where they cover different things, for example, the military discount on a repair while you hold the maintenance plan. Two percentage discounts on the same line item is the one combination to ask about first. Call, and we will confirm before you book.
Is the $89 diagnostic fee taken off the repair if I go ahead?
No. The $89 is a flat fee for the diagnosis itself, and it stands whether you approve the repair or not. It buys a proper diagnosis rather than a guess, and you get the price for the fix before any work starts.
Who counts for the military discount?
Any military customer at 5% off. It is not gated behind the maintenance plan, and there is no minimum job size.
How does the $25 referral credit reach me?
Your neighbour names you when they book. Once their first service is done, a $25 gift card goes to you, and $25 comes off their bill. Nothing for you to submit.
Does the maintenance plan discount stack on top of these offers?
The plan’s own 10% off repairs runs for as long as you hold the plan, and it is separate from anything on this page. Whether it combines with the military discount on one repair is worth a quick call.
Will these offers still be running when I book?
